If you are on long-term medication you may be issued prescriptions without seeing the doctor. You will be asked to attend annually for a review of your medication.

Repeat prescriptions may be ordered by

*WRITTEN REQUESTS - by using the right hand side of the computerised prescription form. A post box is situated on the wall in the reception lobby for repeat prescription requests.

*TELEPHONE REQUESTS - please phone during office hours on 01492 640411. The phone lines are normally busier during the morning, you may find it easier to contact us in the afternoon. The surgery is closed between 1 and 2 pm

*ON-LINE REQUESTS - it is possible to use our alternative website to order repeat prescriptions www.patient.co.uk (you will need to register your details in order to use this service. Please ask the receptionist for further details.


It is possible to collect your medication directly from the local pharmacy in Llanrwst by ticking the relevant box on the repeat prescription request slip.

If you need the prescription to be sent to you, an S.A.E is needed.

Prescriptions will be ready for collection after 2 working days.
